the Rule requiring grad transfer schollies to be two years (even if the player stays one, the school has an empty slot the next year) has been voted down.
The rule that IS approved is that if a player signs with a school and COMES TO SUMMER SCHOOL and the coach that recruits him leaves....he is eligible to transfer and play immediatly

The NCAA also will allow walk-ons to transfer without sitting out a year. Guess we could call it the Baker Mayfield rule.
