Sure right after we practice defense on out of bounds play under the basket 🙁

Not sure but what scares you about Florida is how good they are at interior defense. I don't see Oscar going off in this game. Castleton is really good but they've got a guy with the hilarious name of Alex Fudge who can really play defense down there.

Kentucky tends to struggle against team who can bottle us up inside. This game will not be easy.

Cal says Wallace might still be out Saturday night.

        That inspires confidence.

I do not think the team will make NCAA and will hopefully turn down NIT. It is not their year. They are not a great combined group of players. I do not think the have grown enough on the defensive side of the court. The offense has grown some with Wheeler playing a lesser role, save the last game.

I hope we don't do the NIT

There's nothing sadder than having to sit there and watch the NIT Selection Show on selection Sunday.

ESPN puts their Z team on it and it's obvious nobody wants to be there. I remember one year Kentucky went and they were breaking down some of the match-ups and I think one of the guys fell asleep lol.

It's seventh circle of hell stuff.

Kentucky only jumped two spots in the NET to 31st after last night's win. The win against Florida was unfortunately not Quad 1 because we got it at home. You can only get Quad 1 wins against top 30 teams at home. Good to know.

It looks like the highest NET not to make the tournament historically has been North Carolina St. in 2019. They were sitting at 33rd and didn't get in...but their RPI was in the 90s. Kentucky's RPI is in the 50s.

I still think we're safe right now but we have two more Most Important Games of the Season (TM) coming up. Essentially can't lose either of these this week or we're probably back off the bubble.

We need to beat Tenn and Auburn and a good road win would help

I saw yesterday that Jerry Palm, arguably the most accurate bracketologist out there, had the Cats still in the field.

Probably due to a weak or level field of teams this year.

                            I'd say so.

I also think Kentucky will get in if there's any doubt at all because you know they'd love to put us in that Dayton First Four thing.

I think a second half like the first will end discussion unless the Cats end up in the finale of the SEC tourney.
