After watching so many different conferences lose games every week, this is the first year in a long time that I didn't fill out a bracket because it was too much parity. Wow Day 1- two 2 seeds go down

I think it was only one 2 seed. Furman beat Virginia but Virginia was a 4.
Meanwhile little Kennesaw St. is giving Xavier fits right now.
I was surprised Xavier had the season they did. My son's best friend plays for Kentucky Wesleyan and Wesleyan was down by 4 to Xavier in the last minute back in an exhibition game in November.
I think in college basketball they allow drivers to be bumped and cutters to be held but are very quick to protect shooters.
There's A LOT of holding and grabbing as player cuts away from the ball. When the Kennesaw player drove (with the ball) at the end he was bumped much harder than players who drew fouls on shots during that game.
And God help you if you graze a three-point shooter.
Seems counterintuitive. If it's a foul on the shot then it really should be a foul when no shot is being taken. Some of these guys have to basically grapple with their defenders to be a receiver for the ball.

You're right. There was definitely a foul on the drive before the shot. And this is happening tournament wide.
With the recent discussion of rules and what is and is not posted I set out to find what our mission statement originally was and this is what I found:...
