The problem is this rim has been an issue all day. I wouldn't trust it was "fixed" at all. They said it was fixed for the previous game then one player dunking and hanging for a second broke it lol

College basketball different now and I have to accept that. I stay on Calipari about expectations but parity is like never before. Is Virginia's coach getting fired, what about Purdue's coach? Game to Game better show up, name on the jersey means nothing now a days...

Yeah. We all get frustrated with Cal... I still think it's more about his stubbornness and lack of trying anything different. People harp on things like inbound plays. These are small things so I think that's why people get frustrated. Those are easy things to work on and do but most of the time, it's the same garbage. We've seen them run a few and even score on a few but then, we'll go 5 games and nothing and they just stand there. At least run a play to get some movement. It's the weird rotations, the constant 'mouth garbage' at interviews, etc that get people frustrated. BUT - it's hard to see anyone else out there other than maybe Bill Self that is an over the top basketball coach.

And that's just it, who else would replace Calipari? Get a great x's and o's guy but if can't recruit or handle the fan base pressure then what?

I realize we stuck with Calipari until he's done. Have to give him credit, he's stayed loyal to Kentucky since he's been here. Yes of course he's probably responsible for letting rumors leak someone is after pro or college but thats just his way of getting a pay raise,, in the real world can't knock a man for that...

In the arena, everyone not the favorite fan, is chanting/rooting for the underdog. Tonight for FDU was no different. I’d say half the arena were Purdue fans…..everyone else was rooting big for FDU.
